Lumos & Associates was formed in 1978 when Paul Lumos hired his first associate. A year later, the company celebrated it's anniversary with a picnic lunch, a tradition which continues today. Lumos & Associates understands the importance of community and providing a work-life balance for our employees and their families.
Our leadership team is responsible for motivating our associates to enlightenment, empowerment, and enthusiasm for what they do. At the very core, we are each responsible for respecting the environment, each other and the dignity of the profession.
