Randall Long, P.E. has been with Lumos & Associates since 1994 and has continued to grow within the company. Known for his thoughtful approach to engineering and business, Randall became COO in 2012. During his time as COO, Randall successfully led the firm through a business restructuring, expansion of service lines, and a global pandemic.
In January 2021, Randall took the helm as the company's CEO.
In 1988, Randall fell in love with the variety of outdoor activities that Nevada offers residents. Fly fishing, hunting and mountaineering are his favorite hobbies, but time permitting he'll never turn down biking, skiing, or water sports.
